Introduction

BTEPS Lift Management System is a major component of BTEPS platform and frequently work with Door Access Management System. It is
manage using the same door access management system, able to assign door access and floor access right at the same time.
During lift access, different user can be assigned with different floor access right with time zone control. Unauthorized user is not allow to access
those control floor and important floor will be controlled by time zone. Lift control can either operate in online or offline mode. All lift access transaction
is stored locally in lift controller and automatically upload to back end server if TCP/IP or 485 communication is available. Lift controller can store up to
10,000 record in offline mode to prevent record lost.
Lift system can integrate with intercom system. When visitor intercom the tenant, he/she is able to gain access to the lift and floor after the identity
is verified by tenant through voice or video and no access to other floor.
In the actual implementation, user will present card inside the lift car before the specific button is activated for pressing and gain access to the
assigned floor. This will enable the security management of the whole building lift access control using the lift controller install on each lift car.

Assignment of Floor Access Right

1. Management System is able to monitor the user floor access in real time and the floor control time zone table.
2. Management Software able to assign floor by user or user by floor.
   1. Select a user, individually drag the floor point to floor access list to realize floor by user assignment.
   2. Select a floor, individually drag in the user to realize user by floor assignment. Able to perform selection on one, multiple or all floors
      within an area, similarly one, multiple or all users can be selected within a department.
   3. Using Shift + Ctrl key to select multiple user within a department.
   4. When select a department, the next level department user will also be selected.
   5. Able to select all the user within a user group.
3. Management Software able to assign floor access right to user by template.
4. Management Software able to delete a user access right from a particular floor of a lift car.
5. Management Software after floor access right assignment, the system will automatically synchronize the user floor access right to the
   respective lift controller.
6. When a particular user is deleted from the Management Software, the system will automatically delete the user information from the lift
   controller.
