To provide security, comfort and ease. PT. Asuransi Multi Artha Guna, also known as MAG Insurance, is a Jakarta's based general insurance company founded in 1980. MAG insurance is one of the largest general insurance companies in Indonesia, with the number of employees reaching more than 500 in 11 branches, and 25 representative offices in almost all the major cities throughout Indonesia. Additionally, it is very time consuming to make reports of the list of employee attendance because it must be done manually. To overcome some of the constraints above, we need a system that is reliable in maintaining the validity of the attendance reports. Since 2008 until now, MAG Insurance has been using the device output Secure fingerprint attendance. The fingerprint attendance device is already used in the central office and the branch offices, and in the near future will also be used in MAG's representative offices. In addition to improving the validity of the attendance data, the fingerprint machine is combined with the helpful door-lock, aiding the safe work environment. Fingerprint software, which is part of the device package, is also easing the company of several types of report (in accordance with the needs of HRD). Therefore, since the use of secure fingerprint devices, many perceived benefits are improving the efficiency of the company, supporting the development of the company and providing security and comfort in the workplace.
